UE in partnership with the Evansville Police Department, Vanderburgh County Sheriff's Office, along with other emergency personnel, is hosting a training drill on campus from now until approximately 12 noon. Please be advised that the Koch Center for Engineering and Science and Sesquicentennial Front Oval will be the main locations utilized during the exercise.

 

Officers in full tactical gear (including uniforms, vests, and helmets) along with marked police vehicles, will participate in a realistic training scenario, responding as though it were an actual threat. No live ammunition or munitions will be used – but there will be noise from blanks.
