A waterline break has been identified on Frederick Street, just north of Walnut. The water department has assessed the situation and believes the issue stems from a feeder line to a previously demolished house.

While the water department has indicated that this issue likely will not affect the University of Evansville campus, please note that a crew will be onsite today to address the problem. Additionally, there is a significant amount of ice on Frederick Street near Walnut.
