Description of Work:
A contractor will conduct chemical pest treatment in the basement and/or lower levels of the buildings listed.

Impact for Occupants:
Chemicals will be used for treatment and it is recommended that individuals avoid entering buildings and areas for at least three hours after treatment.

Action(s) Required:
-Buildings should remain closed, unoccupied, from 7AM through 3PM
