The campus community is invited to an Interfaith Rally for Love to support our sisters and brothers of color and people of all faiths, today, Sunday, August 13 at 4:00 p.m. on the Sesquicentennial Oval at Clifford Circle. We will stand with our brothers and sisters of all colors and from all places who suffer because of racism. We will embody the mission of the University, which calls us to create and sustain an environment in which people from all nations, cultures, and religions feel safe and supported as they pursue an education. We will stand opposed to the recent acts of hate in Charlottesville, Virginia, which have promoted hate and violence and contradict the values of openness and inclusion that support UE’s educational mission and core identity.
