Info You Should Know

* US Homeland Security carrier services alert

The Department of Homeland Security has identified the Republican National Convention in Cleveland, Ohio, on July 18–21, and the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on July 25-28, as National Special Security Events.

Because of this, shipment delays by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) are anticipated in postal codes within the security zones in the Cleveland and Philadelphia areas during the conventions. Shipments not delivered prior to the conventions will be secured in carrier facilities. Delivery will be attempted when it is safe for carriers to do so.

To view maps of restricted areas, road closures, and up-to-date announcements, visit the US Secret Service website.

The above information is subject to change due to government security procedures. Typically, shipments delayed due to US Homeland Security restrictions are not eligible for a carrier refund or credit under the money-back guarantee policy.

* Looking for some help during the fall book rush
