An approved PAADS pre-authorizes a requestor based on specified account numbers and dollar amounts to make requests for Copy Services and In House Office Supplies without obtaining approving signatures for every Distribution Services request form

Note: Employee status changes (Requestors and Approvers) during a fiscal year will void a PAADS and a new approved PAADS will be necessary.

* UE Celebrates Real Health Hero® Brad Clark

Brad ClarkUniversity of Evansville is excited to announce the First Real Health Hero® of the Employee Medical Clinic! Brad Clark, associate registrar, has become a Real Health Hero® for lowering blood pressure and weight loss.

"High blood pressure runs in my family," says Clark, "and I've been on and off medication since my mid-20s. When I went for my initial clinic visit, the provider discussed my BP results and immediately started a specific plan of action to curb my high risk numbers. She is able to continually coach me on how I need to incorporate more physical activity and better my food choice for lifestyle changes. The convenience of having the clinic on campus is a huge benefit for employees. The provider is able to monitor my BP levels every two weeks, and I'm back in my office in 20 minutes or less. The clinic encourages me to be more involved in my health and to become a motivator for my friends and family."
