What's Happening Today

* Wellness Nurse on Campus this Afternoon!

The wellness nurse will be in Ridgway lobby Monday, July 29, 1:30 -3:00 p.m. Don't deprive yourself of comfort foods to stay healthy! You can incorporate healthier versions of your favorites by changing an ingredient or using a different cooking method. Use applesauce when baking as a substitute for oil or butter, try whole grain flour and pasta, replace salt with spices, or grill your veggies with olive oil instead of cooking them in butter.
