* Employee Wellness Nurse on Campus July 22

Visit the nurse in Koch North Lobby on Monday, July 22, 1-3 p.m. A healthy way to alleviate built-up muscle tension is through exercise. After a tightly scheduled day of meetings, exams, or errands, get active and aim for moderate intensity exercise. It may seem counterintuitive, but moving more will help you relax!
