Upcoming Events

* UE Garden Farmers Market

Bill Hemminger, chair of the English Department, has announced that the UE garden (located behind the Old Armory) has been very productive this summer.

"We have zucchini, green beans, beets, kale, and parsley aplenty right now," says Hemminger "and we would like to invite you to come to the lobby of Ridgway University Center at noon on Wednesday for a (very inexpensive) farmers’ market. All proceeds will go to Tri-State Food Bank and the food ought to go to your tables.  Please come - and bring a friend along—as you support this green effort on the part of members of the University family."
