What's Happening Today

* Reception for Tyrone and Lynette Washington

The entire campus community is invited to attend a reception for Dr. Tyrone and Lynette Washington on Wednesday, July 20, , from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Room 240 in Wallace Graves Hall.  Dr. Washington has accepted a position at the University of Arkansas and will be leaving Evansville at the end of July.  Please stop by and wish them well.

Upcoming Events

* Faculty and Staff Invited to Connect with the Evansville Business Community

Faculty and staff are encouraged to support the graduating class of the 2011 Organizational Leadership Cohort by attending the annual “Connect for a Cause” professional speed networking event set for Aug. 4, from 6-8 p.m. in Eykamp 251, Ridgway University Center.  It is an excellent opportunity to build bridges with the Evansville business community and create opportunities to market your expertise.

Bob Jones, President and Chief Executive Officer of Old National Bank, is the keynote speaker.  Meet him and other local leaders in a fast-paced business networking setting and exchange information the old-fashioned way - speaking and listening face-to-face.

In addition, by paying the entry fee of one canned good, you will be helping the Evansville Christian Life Center (the recipient of all donations).

The 2011 Organizational Leadership Cohort and UE Office of Career Services and Cooperative Education invite all faculty and staff to join us. This networking activity is the practicum summer project for the OL Cohort, providing students with the opportunity to put their education to work in support of the Evansville community.

Come enjoy a wide array of refreshments from the Bauer House along with many door prizes, including items from the UE Athletic Department and Bookstore! Find more information and updates by visiting us on Facebook:
